- The appliance must have been purchased directly from nomadiqbbq.com.au — we can't accept returns of nomadiQ products bought from other retailers or resellers, and only accept returns addressed to a location in Australia.
- The appliance must be in brand new condition with original packaging and accessories. We don't accept returns or offer refunds for parts or accessories.

No — the nomadiQ BBQ doesn't require assembly. It comes ready to use: simply unlock, open, connect the gas, and you're ready to grill.
How long does it take to use?
It takes under a minute to open and connect the gas, and under a minute to heat up — within 2 minutes, you'll be ready to grill.

You can download a copy of the user manual here. Contact hello@nomadiqbbq.com.au if you need assistance.
How long does the BBQ need to cool down?
The aluminium body cools down after approximately 10 minutes — then you can clean, collapse, and continue your day.
What is the maximum grill temperature?
With the temperature controller(s) fully open, the grill heats to approximately 300°C (575°F) in the middle of both grids, and around 250°C (500°F) on the sides. On the lowest setting, it's around 200°C (400°F). Temperature can vary with altitude and outside conditions.
Can I put the BBQ on a wooden table or polyester boat?
Yes — the base of the nomadiQ BBQ is designed so it doesn't get hot, so you can set it up anywhere without worry.
Where can I buy suitable gas bottles?
The nomadiQ BBQ uses dark green disposable gas bottles, sold under brands like Coleman or Bernzomatic — widely available at hardware and outdoor stores, supermarkets, and most petrol stations.
What gas bottles should I use — propane or butane?
The BBQ uses a standard 1lb (16oz) propane tank, giving over 3 hours of grilling with both burners on high. Simply attach the tank via the included hose regulator and start grilling. Butane also works.
My BBQ doesn't turn on. What could the problem be?
1. Burner doesn't ignite when using the igniter
- Valve closed → open the valve
- Gas hose/supply not connected correctly → reconnect the gas supply, hose, and quick couplings
- Gas bottle empty or nearly empty → connect a new, full bottle
- Igniter doesn't spark → remove the grates and carefully clean the contacts with a toothbrush
- Still doesn't spark → open the side locking systems, move both grill panels aside, and check the igniter cables aren't broken or disconnected
- Injector blocked → contact our customer service team for advice
2. Burner flame is irregular
- Burner blocked → remove the grates and clean the contact points with a firm toothbrush
- Flame hissing in the burner → turn it off, let it cool for a few minutes, then relight
- Injector blocked → contact our customer service team for advice
3. Gas leaks from the connections
- Connections loose → tighten the quick connectors and controller/gas hose
- See "Detection of leaks" in the manual's Gas Connections section, or contact our customer service team

Where can I buy parts or accessories?
Accessories and spare parts are available on this website, or contact hello@nomadiqbbq.com.au for specific questions or requests.
How often does my BBQ need maintenance?
We recommend an intensive clean once or twice a year, depending on use. For deeper maintenance, the shell parts can be removed to clean the inside of the base — follow the instructions and images in your manual.
Where can I find the serial number?
On the inside of the base — lift and fold both shell sections to one side to see it.
