Warranty
This is nomadiQ's warranty, provided to you at no extra charge. It contains the information you'll need to have your product repaired in the unlikely event of a failure or defect.
Under applicable Australian law, you have several rights if your product is defective, including supplementary performance or replacement, abatement of the purchase price, and compensation. For details, refer to the ACCC's warranty guidance.
nomadiQ's Warranty
nomadiQ warrants to the purchaser of the product (or, in the case of a gift or promotional item, the person it was purchased for) that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship for the period(s) specified below, when assembled and operated in accordance with the accompanying instruction manual.
Under normal, private single-family home or apartment use and maintenance, nomadiQ agrees within the framework of this warranty to repair or replace defective parts within the applicable time periods, limitations, and exclusions listed below.
To the extent allowable by law, this warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners, except in the case of gifts and promotional items as noted above.
Your Responsibilities
To ensure trouble-free warranty coverage, register your nomadiQ product online at www.nomadiqbbq.com.au. Please also retain your original sales receipt and/or invoice. Registering your product confirms your warranty coverage and gives us a direct way to contact you if needed.
This warranty applies only if you've taken reasonable care of the product by following the instructions in the accompanying manual, unless you can show the defect or failure is unrelated to non-compliance with those obligations. If you live in a coastal area, or keep your product near a pool, maintenance includes regular washing and rinsing of the exterior surfaces.
Warranty Handling
If you believe you have a part covered by this warranty, please contact nomadiQ's Service & After Sales team. Upon investigation, we'll repair or replace (at our option) a defective part that's covered. If repair or replacement isn't possible, we may choose to replace the appliance with a new one. We may ask you to return parts for inspection.
What's Not Covered
- Damage from insects (such as spiders) or rodents, including damage to burner tubes and/or gas hoses
- Exposure to salt air and/or chlorine sources such as swimming pools and hot tubs/spas
- Severe weather conditions such as hail, hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis, surges, tornadoes, or severe storms
This warranty also lapses for damage, deterioration, discolouration, and/or rust caused by:
- Abuse, misuse, alteration, modification, misapplication, vandalism, neglect, improper assembly or installation, or failure to properly perform normal and routine maintenance
- The use or installation of non-genuine nomadiQ parts, or any unauthorised conversion of the appliance not performed by a nomadiQ-authorised service technician

Apart from the warranty and disclaimers described in this statement, no further warranty or voluntary declaration of liability is given beyond the statutory liability applying to nomadiQ. This warranty statement does not limit or exclude situations or claims where nomadiQ has mandatory liability as prescribed by statute. No warranties apply after the applicable periods of this warranty. No other warranties given by any person, including a dealer or retailer, with respect to any product (such as any "extended warranties"), shall bind nomadiQ. The exclusive remedy of this warranty is repair or replacement of the part or product. In no event under this voluntary warranty shall recovery of any kind be greater than the purchase price of the nomadiQ product sold. You assume the risk and liability for loss, damage, or injury to you and your property and/or to others and their property arising out of the misuse or abuse of the product or failure to follow instructions provided by nomadiQ in the accompanying instruction manual. Parts and accessories replaced under this warranty are warranted only for the balance of the original warranty period(s) above. This warranty applies to private single-family home or apartment use only and does not apply to nomadiQ appliances used in commercial, communal, or multi-unit settings such as restaurants, hotels, resorts, or rental properties. nomadiQ may from time to time change the design of its products. Nothing in this warranty obligates nomadiQ to incorporate such design changes into previously manufactured products, nor shall such changes be construed as an admission that previous designs were defective.
